Where? On Zoom: We will use the same link used for Friday Assemblies. This link can be found on Mr. Haven’s Schoology page.
Who? McKenny Students and Staff are invited to submit their talents. Family members are welcome to join with their child as well.
What? Participants may send in a pre-recorded video (up to one minute) of themselves performing a talent such as singing, martial arts, dancing, sports-related skill, magic trick, monologue, juggling, poem reading, instrumental performances, etc. or they may send in a picture of a visual arts talent such as drawing, painting, sculpture, jewelry-making, knitting, sewing projects, original LEGO creations, etc.
How? All video and picture submissions must be submitted* by email to Michael Havens (firstname.lastname@example.org), McKenny Principal and Ingrid Aries (email@example.com), McKenny PTO Talent Show Chair OR via Schoology (see Mr. Haven’s Schoology page) by 3:00 pm this Saturday, January 23rd. If you would prefer to upload the video to YouTube, simply send us a link and make sure we have permission to view it if your account is private. For emails, please put Talent Show in the subject of your email. For both, be sure to include the name of the student, their grade level, and what talent they are performing or showcasing. You may also include information like how long you’ve been working on this talent, where did you learn this talent, or any other information that you think would be fun/useful to share. Check your skyward email for further information on how to upload your photos or videos via Schoology. Need help or have any questions? Contact Ingrid or Michael. Why? We want to celebrate all the learning that goes on outside of school. We are so excited to see the wonderful and diverse talents of the McKenny students and staff!
